    Me and my fiance went through the drive-thru whoever is mixing and making the drinks right now I just ordered it at 5:48 p.m. knows exactly what they're doing we got a matcha green tea amazing and then we got a guava passion fruit drink absolutely amazing we go to Starbucks all over like everywhere and every town around us and they usually suck or cannot take our order well so whoever is mixing drinks amazing job thank you..?????????

    Monday morning around 9 A.M my girlfriend and I decided to get some coffee. There's like 7 Starbucks around our home but we chose to go to this one. We got our coffee's, everyone was super friendly and we got our stuff super fast, but then, horror struck. We drove to our home 15 minutes away and as we got out of the car the lid came off of my coffee and exploded all over me and my driveway. I was frustrated and upset but I still wanted my coffee so we got back in the car and drove back to the Starbucks. We arrived and I went inside and Phillip was there to assist immediately, he could already tell by the state of my cup and clothes what happened. I explained what happened in detail and offered to pay for a new one but he rang it up exactly the same as I had ordered now 30 minutes prior and said that there was no charge. Like I said, I was completely willing to pay for another one, but the fact that he was so quick to rectify my issue and make sure that I had a good experience was 11/10! Take notes Management, this is an exceptional employee who takes remarkable care of his customers and I will definitely be returning to this Starbucks for my future morning fixes!
