Ballard Annex Oyster House

With the service we received, I wish I could give it 10 stars. I asked him a million questions and he even let me sample wine before I made a decision.
We ended up with the oyster special. Oh man, you can definitely tell locally fresh from being imported (we live in Oklahoma). My friend got the dungeness gnocchi and I got the crab roll. Both were excellent. The gnocchi literally melt in your mouth and the crab was so fresh!!

Great ambiance and service. Extensive variety of oysters and seafood. Happy hour food is well priced, oysters are $1 until 4:30 pm, but the rest goes until 6:00 even on Saturdays!

Good oysters, good vibe. I had oysters and then Po Boy and unfortunately the sandwich did not impress (though the fries were tasty). The prices are also high for what you get so be ready to shell out, especially if you're getting wine.

Loved the different oysters. Really good place. Nautical themed paintings were cool. Drinks were okay. Love the location. Thank goodness the other place had a 2.5hr wait or we would've never discovered this place. This is my go to place for oysters until someone can show me better without a wait.

Really delicious with a comfortable atmosphere and high quality, friendly service. Went at happy hour and sampled a number of items. All were delicious and the oysters were tender and flavorful. Everything had a classy but not overstated presentation. Can't wait to go back and try the oyster po'boy.
