(March 1, 2020, 5:13 pm)The food is very artistically delivered, however it’s not very good. They want it to be this chefs table Michelin type of experience, and the photos on the website are great, but the food doesn’t taste as good as it looks. The restaurant competition in Seattle is getting fierce, and I don’t see copine making the cut with many other restaurants competing in a similar genre with a similar price point. Great design of the space when you walk in, great atmosphere, great potential, not great food. The amuse was the best part of the meal.

(January 11, 2020, 2:49 am)Impeccable service and mind blowing food! A guest in my party wanted a vegetarian entree and they made something that wasn't even on the menu for her! Highly recommend.

(December 16, 2019, 4:33 am)We did their Sunday set menu with extra mid-course for another $10. Every dish was amazing. Service was impeccable too. Highly recommended.
