Great food! Super friendly and courteous staff. It was my first time a couple weeks ago and I've been back every week. It really is that good! Get the meals with the sides. It's really the best deal!
The service was good! It's a local spot which is cool as I was visiting the area. I gave it a 3 as there wasn't anything unique or different about the place from other chicken establishments I've visited. I did, however, learn that the restaurant has been around and in that particular location for a long time which speaks volumes for their service and quality. Decent sized chicken parts and portions on sides. The flavor was okay as well. My only recommendation would be to expand the options for the sides, much of which are carbs right now and consider including some green vegetable options.
Hmm, my order of spicy chicken and spicy tenders did not color-match. I really doubt they have different batters for the two chickens. The wife says it was because the chicken sat around for much longer and has to cook for longer. It is strange waiting for food after you order but you can see like 26# of already fried, ready-to-eat chicken sitting under the heat lamp. Why are we waiting? Part of the experience I guess. No seating, only take-out.
