Jackalope Tex Mex & Cantina

This place is absolutely amazing! A little pricey, but worth every cent. The smoked brisket is fantastic, the plating presentation and quality of the food is phenomenal, the atmosphere is delightful, and the drinks are to die for!
If you're a fan of mojitos, absolutely do yourself a favor and try the grilled fruit mojito. I cannot wait to try this place again!

Excellent - some of the best Tex-Mex I've eaten anywhere - including Texas! The Cheese Enchiladas are especially tasty, and they're frequently a weak spot for Tex-Mex restaurants.

I lived in Texas for 25 years, including most of my childhood, and I LOVE Tex-Mex. I also have some pretty strong opinions about what REALLY GOOD Tex-Mex is, and this qualifies. It's higher end, not your typical hole-in-the-wall fare, but don't let that scare you off. The addition of BBQ from Jack's (a seriously good BBQ joint that stacks up to anything in Texas) and you get some really amazing flavors. It's not cheap, but it's totally worth the money.

The space is a pleasant place to be, the staff are very nice and helpful (hi Graham!) and the overall experience was great. Jackalope is a great addition to the neighborhood!

Met with a friend for dinner here, it was both our first time and we had an amazing experience. The staff are incredibly welcoming and so kind, and Graham stopped by our table to chat with us- it was such a great environment! The food is DELICIOUS, I already miss it! I will definitely be back, this is a new favorite!!

We had a great time here! The chips and salsa, drinks, and food were all great. Loved the brisket enchiladas. The service was also great! It was a bit loud but conversation was manageable.

Have always been a fan of Jack's BBQ & Jackalope took it to another level. Easily one of the best Tex-Mex I ever had. The smoked rib is fall off the bone (actually it didn't come with a bone) tender with deep, sophisticated flavors that are soooooo delicious. Service for takeout is super awesome too. Definitely check them out if you are in Columbia City area in Seattle.
