Coffeemind Queen Anne

Address: 1907 10th Ave W, Seattle, WA 98119, USA

Cafe Bakery Restaurant

“The ambience is calm. So a good place to sit, and study/work. Didn't like the coffee though. The latte was not creamy enough...felt a bit watery. Maybe I should have tried some Turkish drink? P.S. The place is right opposite a bus stop (route number 1). P.S. When I went (early 2020), Yelp app gets you a 1$ discount on coffee here.”

“Cozy atmosphere. Was there on a Saturday at 1:45pm so wasn't busy. Ordered a mimosa and BLT sandwich. The mimosa was good. BLT was pretty good. Comes with pasta or fruit or fries or chips. Get something other than the pasta (boring and bland). Staff was friendly and attentive.”

Hi-Spot Cafe

Address: 1410 34th Ave, Seattle, WA 98122, USA

““The best kept secret, I guess I just leaked it.” The Hi-Spot has long been my personal favorite and go-to breakfast place in Seattle. They have a diverse and well crafted menu full of breakfast staples such as a breakfast burrito, eggs Benedict, etc. Located inside an old house the ambiance is also terrific. One word of caution is that as you would come to expect from a beloved and delicious brunch spot in Seattle, you’re best off getting your name on the list early on the weekend.”

“I had somebody tell me that her mother was French and many bakeries don't take the time to make croissants properly (2 days). She recommended this bakery highly and a croissant with a foamy cappuccino. I ordered the plain croissant and savory pastry and drip coffee. They were so good that when the waiter said his go to was the cappuccino and chocolate croissant.....I had that for dessert. Excellent! Delicious. Worth it. :-)”

Broadfork Cafe - Uptown

Address: 111 Queen Anne Ave N #102, Seattle, WA 98109, USA

Cafe Restaurant

“So many vegan choices. Very healthy with lots of vegetables, nuts and grains. I got the Ginger Noodle Bowl. It was okay. Maybe because temporarily out of ginger sauce. The Cashew Curry was good. A little spicy but not too much. Filling and with plenty of plant protein and vegetables and nuts. The Tempeh Peanut Bowl has a good bit of protein. Tastes good. I’m a fan of the veggie kick burrito. The banana ginger muffin is just okay. The smoothie tastes fantastic with cocoa added. I usually ask them to use raw almonds with water instead of almond milk because it’s a bit healthier that way.”

Cherry Street Coffee House

Address: 2719 1st Ave, Seattle, WA 98121, USA

Bang Bang Cafe

Address: 2460 Western Ave, Seattle, WA 98121, USA

Cafe Restaurant

“Visited on January 25, 2020 at 2:41pm before walking over to the Sculpture Park. I had the chicken burrito and it was nice but warm not hot like I was expecting. Think the chicken, beans, veggies were heated earlier and then rolled into the burrito and the a ladle of sauce was poured over. Not the worst but again different than expected when I was told "this place is can't miss."”

Cafe Opla

Address: 2200 Alaskan Way #120, Seattle, WA 98121, USA

Cafe Restaurant

“This place is exactly what we look for in breakfast spot when we've only got a couple minutes to eat, but don't want fast food. It's located across the parking lot from the waterfront Marriott it was the perfect place to grab something unique and delicious to go! The Opla, basically a very fancy skillet, is a Vietnamese dish that combines runny eggs, meat and some veggies in a delightful little skillet! When you walk in, you're greeted by a small counter, seating for about 20 people and some pictures of the options on the wall. Everything looks incredibly advertising and I'm happy to report the actual food matched the The picturesque expectations! They have half a dozen different options which are all variations on the meat or accompanying protein. We tried the Vietnamese version which included eggs, grilled pork, meatballs and some pickled veggies. Everything is served with a really delicious baguette and by the time we were done, we were all planning on how we could try another one! Different variations include, as expected, different meats and veggies from different regions of the world. They also serve Bahn Mi, which I’m excited to go back and try for lunch someday! This place is a great little spot that’s right down on the waterfront and will introduce you to a dish that you probably haven’t tried before, but that you almost assuredly will love!”

Ba Bar Restaurant

Address: 550 12th Ave, Seattle, WA 98122, USA

Night club Bakery Cafe Restaurant

“This is my go-to spot when guests come to the area and we need late night food. Ba Bar is great any time, but unbeatable after 10p. The menu is delicious and there's something for everyone. The ingredients are well-sourced; I'm especially grateful for the ethical meat sourcing. The beer and cocktail menu is also good, they make a mean Moscow Mule and have some lovely inventions. Service can be slow on rare occasions, and I've had less success ordering standard cocktails, I suggest sticking to the awesome ones on their menu.”
