“[brunch review] The food at Parish is incredible. The best item on the menu is probably the shrimp and grits. I would avoid the gumbo, it has good flavor but is quite sparse for a gumbo, and there's no okra in it. The eggs in purgatory and hash are my two runner-ups for best items on the menu. Aside from the food, you can't miss out on their cocktails. The brown derby is so delicious, and the grapefruit gimlet is perfect if you want something bright and a little less sweet.”

“Pleasantly surprised, this was my first time eating from here. A lot of them are good for me, and I was so glad I found them here. Julia's ordered directly through them on Broadway Food and they gave me a better deal than the menu price. I love the vibe highly recommended here!”

“I am so happy to see Xtadium is open again! I truly missed the fun atmosphere, delicious nachos and sliders and amazing friendly staff during closure. This is my go to spot for game days or a night out with the girls. It puts my mind at ease to know they strictly enforce social distancing guidelines and follow the mask mandate. It takes all of us to overcome this pandemic and I am glad Xtadium management is doing their part.”

“Good brunch cocktails and food! Great service! We came on a Saturday morning and didn’t have to wait at all! Probably because it’s summer/seafair weekend and people are out town.”

“My husband has been working on getting me to MP for a couple of years now. Tonight was the night. Good basic cocktails and beer on tap. The real surprise was what we ate. Chicken wings and the halibut tacos. I'm not really a wing gal. These wings were probably the best I've had....ever. Super crispy, not at all greasy, well seasoned, with a BBQ/Buffalo blend sauce. Almost like they were air fried. Fabulous. The halibut tacos were also really good. We ordered a burger to go for our son, and he said it was "pretty good". It wont take us years to go back!”

“Super chill vibe inside with cool projectors playing black+white cartoon clips. The space is pretty large with bar seating, high top tables and couches. It was surprising that it was pretty quiet in here on a Saturday night but I'm fine with that - faster service and couches open.”

“Wings are hands down the best wings I've ever had in my life. They almost have a pork rind likeness with the crispy skin. The sauce doesn't run off. This caught me off guard WOW! The stuffed Jalapeno burger was messy but also absolutely delicious! I used Uber eats :O Thank you!”

“The food I’ve had there wasn’t the greatest. And that is on a good night. I was served a burger so raw I couldn’t eat it. The drinks were good, however. Sometimes they have good shows.”

“This place has a really great atmosphere to it. It's alive and a bit loud, and overall great for groups. They have karaoke going on, and it's a bit of a mix of early 2000s pop and soft rock, which tells me the crowd here is mostly 20 and 30 somethings. I was dd so I can't speak much on the dranks but the drinks like the coffee I had tasted great. Our waitress was great, too. She knew her menu well, and had a real good understanding of what her bartender could cook up. Overall, definitively recommend it, and our group will be returning here soon!”

“Tonight was not the 1 time I have ordered from them, delivery or take-out. But, I will say the every time I order delivery or take-out Jade quality is stellar and delivery time or take-out time exceeds expectation. I've lived in Seattle for 48-9 years and particularly this restaurant is quality. I sincerely hope this place has staying power. I am a reoccurring customer.”

“Sexy vibe. Casual for a date or for other things like a dinner spot for after dance class. The DJ on Friday was bumpin! You will be so glad you came.and get fries! They are so huge for the price. Nice bartender, too. So cute.”

“Had a very good, though somewhat confusing, first experience here. Food was really good, and ready fast. The bacon burger was delicious: well prepared, good bacon, zesty spread. Fries were amazing, that double fried and seasoned kind. Got a cup of clam chowder (or maybe they gave me a bowl on accident, it seemed big!) which tasted a lot better than it looked (watery). And a delicious chocolate shake, which was just a little too thick. Though I counted 5 staff that popped up at various points throughout the visit (a manager type, an owner type that randomly popped in and poked around and several kitchen and counter staff) it felt deserted in there almost the whole time I was there. Maybe its the gigantic menu that separates the dining area from the staff area. It seemed like the staff may not be able to see each other either - took a minute or so for someone to spot me, look around for someone else to help me and then end up helping me themselves. Whatever, small gripe, just one of those things that stood out. The ambiance was nice as well, they played 80s rock on the speakers, they had a local soda company at the fountain (but for us big brand fans, they had those in a nearby cooler). I had the place to myself most of the time I was there, save for a period where a man on the phone came in. He spoke the whole time he was there, and he was selling things, felt like I was listening to a commercial over the music. It was a slow hour. I'd long disregarded that little red building in Ballard, but now that I've been, I'll definitely come here again.”

“My wife and I have been coming here together since 2009. We had a blast when we were single (without kids), and a blast now ( with a 4, and 6 year old). We came in tonight for my birthday and sat in the corner booth by the door ( where we came the night we got engaged). We were lucky to have Mike as our bartender and Victoria as our server. They went above and beyond. Thanks for providing a great family experience!”

“Great place for a quick bite and nice drink on a hot summer day. Love the karaoke nights here, man it's so much fun. They have all the jams too, guaranteed you'll find your song. The atmosphere here is very chill too.”

“Great Peruvian fusion add to the Magnolia neighborhood! Tried several items from the menu, and you can’t go wrong with any dish! Very eccentric atmosphere as well.”

“Great local Mexican restaurant for decently priced eats. I would say nothing is bad or overtly fantastic, which means it's a very comforting place for Mexican food. The plates are big, beans are properly seasoned, rice cooked properly and nothing too fancy. It's a big Seahawks bar too and they do karaoke night!”

“I LOVE this bar! It’s where mature meets sexy and modern. Fabulous drinks, fabulous people, SUPER clean compared to most city bars and clubs. I love the energy and sway of this venue. It’s my go to spot for a drink and good music or a few drinks and a lot of dancing!”

“I came here on a Saturday night, as soon as you walk in... this place is POPPIN! Bartenders are fun and attentive! Security is on point and very alert, which to be honest, I really liked; especially being as crowded as it was. Music was at its best and just an all around enjoyable place to have a few drinks and dance the night away! I gave it four stars only because there isn’t ANYWHERE to take a break away for a second, was body to body.”

“This is my go-to spot when guests come to the area and we need late night food. Ba Bar is great any time, but unbeatable after 10p. The menu is delicious and there's something for everyone. The ingredients are well-sourced; I'm especially grateful for the ethical meat sourcing. The beer and cocktail menu is also good, they make a mean Moscow Mule and have some lovely inventions. Service can be slow on rare occasions, and I've had less success ordering standard cocktails, I suggest sticking to the awesome ones on their menu.”

“Wonderful ambience, attentive friendly staff. The food was uniquely excellent. They have elevated the BBQ concept into a refined urban ambience without losing the friendly come one, come all BBQ joint ethos. The menu satisfied the meat lovers in our group as well the vegans”

“Attended a ska concert at the Royal Room, had dinner and drinks with a super fun time on the side! I had yam chips and beef stew to eat and both were the perfect fuel to dance the night away. Wait staff did an outstanding job navigating the crowd! The bar filled up fast, but everyone in attendance was friendly and polite which is a make-or-break in my opinion. All around good vibes and a great time. :)”

“The reasons why I love this place are what follows. The happy hour is not only good, but it occurs twice per day. One early (open-6, I think), and one late (10-12/1). It's truly amazing. Plus, the staff are friendly and very helpful. Some of the best deals in West Seattle, especially when you consider the quality level of the general atmosphere.”
