Buckshot Honey

Great food, interesting venue, and generally friendly staff. Only issue is that it's too remote, a touch pricey, and no substitutions. Still deserves 5 stars and likely would eat here again if ever chancing to pass through..

My first visit to Buckshot honey was outstanding and will keep me coming back for more. We brought home the Dave’s Way and Day on the Green sandwiches. They were creative, filling, and bursting with flavor. We tried the mac and cheese, coleslaw, beans, and greens for sides. These were equally delicious and I am now obsessed with the BGR dressing. The crew is super friendly and cool. Great addition to the valley.

My husband and I went in for lunch today and were so impressed with Buckshot Honey. The food was excellent, atmosphere and staff were great. Really good brisket, I loved the potato salad and coleslaw. My husband really enjoyed the ham sandwich, baked beans and corn bread he ordered. We will definitely be back!

This place is perfect! Dave is so awesome and has a really cool story behind Buckshot Honey (you'll never guess!). We went over the weekend and had a few drinks and hung out in the upstairs "lounge" area. Good vibes all around and can't wait to try the food. I'll be back all the time... Go, you won't regret it!

New bbq joint in old towne Snoqualmie. Locally sourced meats and scratch made sides. Delicious! Dave's Way brisket sandwich was moist and had a beautiful smoke ring. Can't wait to go back and try everything else on the menu. Well done!
