Original: My office orders from this place all the time since it's close and healthy but for the love of god these people cannot get orders right. Our last 4 orders have had at least one thing missing and wrong; missing food, missing drinks, full sized item ordered and paid for only to receive a half size, completely wrong items. They must not even check to see if the order is complete cause this is just ridiculously bad.”

“This place is quite groovy. Pretty good bagels and kind staff. Not the cheapest place in the world but not bad either. There's a reason there aren't that many bagel shops. It's very hard to pull off but the Woodinville bagel factory does a pretty good job.”

“Excellent service with a highly attentive waiter. Cute decor looks like a 1950s cafe. Expansive breakfast menu with a few unique items I haven't seen elsewhere, and good portion sizes - bigger than the chain restaurants for about the same price. The only negative about this place is that they're so good, wait times can be long. Plan to come here early, or plan to wait in line.”

“Came here for a work event with about 9 people. Staff was great and accommodating. Fast service. Only downfall I would say is parking. Make sure you leave yourself time to find a spot if it’s peak hours. But other than that no complaints. Great food.”

“We love this place! Their filet is amazing. Friendly staff. Nice atmosphere. However, my lower rating is due to the 20% service charge they add to the bill which clearly states it isn’t part of the tip. Our dinner for 2 was $130 for food & wine and then ended up being $200 with service charge and tip. If a restaurant needs to charge more, I get it. Just add it into the menu pricing. Don’t pull this surprise service charge nonsense. Sadly, we won’t be back.”
