“Service time is still a little challenged here but is friendly nonetheless. One disappointment, however, was that the app shows every non-dairy milk option out of stock at this location, limiting any drink order with a non-dairy ingredient. But, in the store I was told they are not out of non-dairy products and I was able to place my drink order in person. But, that did eliminate the convenience of mobile ordering, which I had used for my food item.”

“I was there today. I got their traditional Addict Burger . The burger I would say is pretty good. For me I did not care for the cheese they put on there. To me a good burger should have American cheese. But I didn’t even see an option for other cheeses . Meat was probably 4 star . But what’s really odd is the atmosphere in their restaurant is less than one star. Hard to tell if the burgers good with the atmosphere feeling like you’re in a bank office. And only 2 people came in at lunch time .”

“We got delivery and it was fantastic! The customization is top notch. They let me put completely different sauces on different sides of the pizza. I got an extra sauce, half BBQ chicken, and half meat. Both kinds were amazing and at only slightly more $ than dominoes. My wife got Gluten free and she was very happy. She's had a lot of different gluten free crusts and most are deficient in some way, but this one wasn't! Also it was available in large which is unusual (usually gf options are only the small size)”

“The environment here feels amazing. There are many touches of high class dining while being accessible. The restaurant feels light and airy. The food was also very good. The corned beef hash was made with hash brown potatoes and nice size chunks of corned beef. The fresh fruit was well picked and the muffin was filling with a delicious jelly and butter. “Food came out faster than the bill! Went here as a group, and we each got separate apps/mains. Like I said in the first line, the food came out like 10-15 minutes after we ordered it, which is great! I got the fish and chips with sweet potato fries, and I thought the fish was very fresh and crispy. The fries were nice too. I don't normally get sweet potato fries with fish, but I wanted to try the combo - not bad! It came with tartar sauce, fry sauce, and ketchup. The only things I didn't like about the place were that the music was so loud in there, and that it took a while to get the bill. We had to flag our waiter down twice to pay so we could leave. All in all though, would come here again.”

“I've been coming here since the original Brix first opened. I do like the food and menu. We ordered roasted broccoli, salmon and gnocchi and bread pudding. We liked all of our dishes! Very tasty and nice presentation. The only reason I didn't give it a 5 stars is because I asked to substitute the gnocchi with papperdell instead and they wouldn't. The waitress said that they portion everything out beforehand so they can't do substitutions. 🤷🏽♀️ Didn't completely understand that. The couple that we were with also liked their food.”

“This place is exquisite. You place your order at a door opened from the side of a building by ringing a bell. The menu is a specialty of crispy chicken up to four levels of heat. I ordered a chicken sandwich medium heat. The chicken was a large piece and tasted flavorful. Cheerful service and relatively quick food for take-out only. I'd say it's worth giving it a try. My colleague ordered extraordinarily hot 🔥 🥵 and it was hard for him to finish. I would not recommend it even if you usually would choose five stars at a Thai restaurant. It was a unique experience having a steady flow of customers.”
