“I was there today with my son for lunch for the first time. The place used to be a burger place for many years before the closed down. The new owners did a great job on the decoration. They kept the open kitchen which is a great idea. The service was great. Alex was very nice and he paid closed attention to our order and he understood our needs ti have pork free products. The food was great. Everything was made fresh. We ordered chips and salsa which came with three king of salsas. The free one was the hot one and it was our favorite. The Beef Fajitas were so good and my son's beef tacos were very good too. I will be back as long as they maintain both the service and the food qualities.”

“Our experience at the Walla Walla Steak Co in Woodinville was a delight from start to finish. The interior space, once a school, is beautifully designed. Our server was attentive and we appreciated not being rushed. The food was to die for, accompanied by an impressive wine list. The tuna was delicious and the prime rib top notch. I recommend the crab cakes among their starters and the corn on the cob. The cheese cake was a perfect finish. “The sandwiches are great here and I would give them 5 stars but the service was not up to the same standard that I expected. My sandwich was made by a new employee, which turned out great. However all of the other employees seemed too busy to help this poor girl struggling with making the order. Guess they were to swamped with online orders. I think they need better training at this one as there were probably 8 employees plus a manger in there.”

“SO GOOD! If you haven't tried Ethiopian food, come here (and if you have, you'll love this place). Get the veggie combo, that's the classic dish (I'm not a vegetarian but this is still my go-to). Everything has a unique, awesome flavor. Literally nothing on the massive plate I didn't love. The restaurant only opened two weeks ago, so they're likely working out a few kinks (we waited a wee bit for the food, but so worth it ... the food was so fresh!) The staff is also great, super friendly.”

“I am stoked to have a new dinner spot in Kirkland / Juanita! Replacing an old dive bar, Sparrow has a cool vibe and solid space. The high top tables are comfortable and bar is nice. The AC was struggling last night with the heat - it was at least 80 and eating while sweating isn’t the best… but this week is rare! Our server Jordan was amazing - very personable and helpful for our group of 6. Cocktails were very good! The food was good, but not amazing - resulting in the 4 star review vs 5… my wife had the chop salad and I had the Carbonara - nicely prepared, but just lacked flavor. I had to request salt and Parmesan to add… some items seemed overly expensive (burger at $23), but pastas were in line with most places. I am looking forward to a return visit in a cooler day and trying some other dishes!”

“Such a cute little restaurant on a peaceful neighborhood street in Ballard. I've only tried their breakfast items and every single one is exceptionally tasty! They happily make dietary adjustments without throwing a fuss. They have indoor and outdoor seating but very limited outdoor seating with I think just 2 tiny tables in the front for guests. This restaurant is literally inside a house and you would not know it without looking for it. My favorites are their South of the Border breakfast items. So fresh and yummy and you can tell that they use quality ingredients. I just wish they had an espresso machine to order London Fogs with my breakfast! Feels good to support a local restaurant that does a really good job in satisfying their customers!”

“I love Plantiful! Everything I've tried here so far is amazing. The pizza, burgers and bowls. The Heavenly Chai lives up to its name, too. Parking is easy in the garage - they validate with purchase as with all other businesses there. The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars is due to their prices. I realize with healthier, plant-based foods, that alone will raise prices as well as expensive rent considering their location, but the prices are the one and only reason I don't go there more often. Aside from that, I still highly recommend them if you're looking for great tasting and healthy plant-based food and vegan options.”
