“Went here after a different teriyaki on the Ave disappointed me for the last time. Service was friendly, prices were reasonable, and portions were good. The food was fresh, salad dressing was tasty, and they were generous with the rice. The inside is a bit dim, but it was clean and comfortable and quiet. I will definitely be back.”

“Very good tapioca! Flavors are creative. Egg tarts is so soft and flavorful. Their classic milk tea has a stronger tea flavor compared to other boba places which is very nice.”

“Tasty and comforting Korean food. My favorites are the rose katsu bowl and spicy pork bowl. They are filling and very delicious. One time I got the rose tteobokki which was good but the portion was rather small, so I don't think that was worth. Overall would recommend!”

“a ton of food, maybe not the best food, but a ton of food. about what you would expect from a bar. the fries i got to go were weirdly both soggy and also felt slightly undercooked - tasted like cardboard to be honest. the wings were fine though burger was super good though. onion rings you get a huge pile of big thick onion rings the place is always super busy, lots of people playing pool and getting drinks. Good vibes”

“A classic pizza pub with a variety of meat and vegetarian pizza, and other foods. Lots of on-tap and bottled beers. An historical bar that has changed little since opening 1954. A great informal meeting place to hang out with friends. And the zesty chicken pizza is pretty darn good.”

“A friend took me to this small family run restaurant. It got crowded after we arrived. We ordered vegetarian noodle soup with some kind of pumpkin. It was very tasty especially the broth. Many people ordered the sandwiches and looked really good. I will definitely come back to their other dishes.”

“Been here before a couple of times for cocktails, this time 3 of us met for dinner and drinks. We all enjoyed our entrees, 2 were vegetarian, one was with beef. Everything was bright and fresh quite flavorful and delicious. I ordered 3 star, which was perfect for me, I'd guess too spicy for a lot of people. We had an order of the tempura tofu as a starter, none of us liked it. The batter was more like a pancake batter, rather dense with a lot of chew, not at all a tempura. Service was sort of meh...”

“Nice, quick service. Cute place. Easily was one of the best coffees I've ever had. I ordered an iced lavender oat milk latte which is my regular order at most places, but this one tasted much better than all the others I've had. My friend that accompanied me, that had a different coffee drink, also agreed one of the best coffees he's had in Seattle. I'd definitely go back! Also one of the few places open early on a Sunday morning in that part of U District/ the "Ave".”

“First time visit - awesome food here! We didn't wait for too long on a Friday evening. I guess we were lucky. The food prep didn't take long either. We had sweet and sour pork, sour cabbage, and braised pork bones. All of the dishes were delicious. The cabbage was about right between crunchiness and softness. The sweet and sour pork was crispy. The pork bone was tasty with a great mix of chewy and soft texture. I love this place and will definitely come back soon to try other transitional northeastern Chinese dishes!”

“I love the Kitanda bread and always stop in when I’m visiting Seattle. And now it’s even easier with the new Link stations. I’m not gluten free, but when I go with friends that are I always suggest here! Sit in the window and people watch.”
