This place was AMAZING. The drinks were delicious and they had a really fun and interesting beer & wine selection.

The seaweed bread was to die for and an absolute must. They also served a diverse selection of oysters. It was nice to try shellfish that aren't all just Taylor's shellfish.

The dessert was the icing on the cake. Milk & honey is a MUST ORDER.

We are foodies. From the French Laundry in California's Napa Valley to Noma in Copenhagen, Denmark, we love fine dining. Our friends told us to try out Seabird because, "It's really good."

That's a gross understatement. It's a top-tier restaurant that competes at the national level. The dishes are imaginative, locally sourced, and, most importantly, delicious. The service is positively delightful, and it's definitely not a suit-and-tie establishment, so you really feel you can relax and enjoy the incredible meal being prepared for you.
We ended up having 7 small plates and 2 large plates for our table of four (plus all of the desserts, of course), and all were flawlessly executed.

If we didn't live so far away, Seabird would immediately become our #1 dining establishment, period. Loved every part of it!

Some of the best service i’ve ever received and amazing food. Highly recommend this place if you are looking for an elevated evening meal on Bainbridge. My girlfriend and I got a larger plate to share and it was plenty of food. Again, staff is was amazing.

Delicious food and extraordinarily friendly management and staff. Highly recommended for their unique, Japanese inspired, Washington-based seafood cuisine. They have a wide variety of original recipes and flavors, which inspire diners to broadly explore the menu. Well worth the trip from Seattle. A lot of fine touches, such as the birthday card signed by the crew, to the expertly crafted drinks paired nicely with the menu.
