Diablo's Birrieria & Taqueria

Stopped for lunch on a busy day. Hands down the best shrimp tacos I have ever had. I was going to be quippy and say this side of the border. But no - really the most delicious I have had. Wish I had taken a picture. Will be back.

Shamefully i went there in desperation for a dinner. What a pleasant surprise. The food was fantastic, the flavors of all the food were great. They don't advertise the food as authentic Mexican i guess because the food speaks for itself. I just hope they can stay in business as the cost for dinner was too low for what we were served. Don't miss out on this one.

Um wow, blown away! I always keep an eye out for great birria tacos and these are the best I’ve found in Kitsap. Diablo’s stand out for Washington Mexican food! Decent prices, great food and excellent service! 🌮

Today was my first visit to Diablo's, and I will definitely return! I got the flavorful shrimp tacos, which were absolutely the best I've had in this area. The shrimp were perfectly done, plump and succulent. The tacos were topped with mango, avocado, tomato, red onion, cilantro, and probably more stuff I'm forgetting. Delicious! My only quibble is that they were a bit greasier than I prefer.

I had a nice chat with the owner, who was very friendly and informative, while I was waiting for my order to be prepared. If my return visits provide me with more great food like I got today, I will increase my rating to 5 stars. Stay tuned!
