Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

Food was good. Server was friendly with a good sense of humor.

However, the hostess really needs to get a different job or more coaching on how to be personable and professional. She was rude to anyone older than her, which wasn't hard.. she was early 20s, kept putting her feet on the hostess stand.

My waitress was named Star a beautiful goth loli with bull ring piercing in her nose and tattoos up and down both arms. She had double ponytails, bright pink eyeshadow and was so bubbly and perky it was like meeting the real life incarnation of Ruby Gloom. I wasn't sure what to order and she suggested a very delicious mushroom stuffed ravioli with some kind of chilly that had pasta in it. I enjoyed everything so much and plan to come back soon.

Husband and I visit here about once every two months. Only because we don’t eat out much. This is one of two places we go to dine out. They are very consistent with the quality of food and service. No bad surprises here. I always order the pasta shrimp with asparagus. The entrees arrive hot and up to temp. Never have been disappointed with a warm or room temp entree. We eat two bowls of salad with bread sticks and entree. They offer comp wine, but we stay dry with just water. Always spend $50 includes 20% tip. It’s always a wonderful treat for me.

Food was good and oh so very filling! The waiter was thoughtful and attentive. In fact many of the wait staff was. The only complaint I have is about the hostess. She definitely needs to be retrained in the service and handling of customers to that location. 1) She was unkempt and looked dirty. 2) Her attire was dirty looking and sloppy. 3) She was so full of attitude every time she passed our table. Looking down her nose at my daughter and I. It was extremely insulting.
Will I go back? Perhaps...
Unless I see her working, then I'll turn around and walk away.

We ate in the bar and had The Best time. We didn't order alcohol, our waitress is what made our experience so great. They have changed the look inside, and updated their lunch menu. It's something to if you have some free time and want a good soup salad and small diner portion of one of your favorites to go check it out! Maybe sit in the bar and have a different experience too.
