Awesome place, the food was amazing and the service was great as well. Carla was running the front so well and she was an absolute angel. Great customer service!! The ramens were so yummy and I can’t wait to come back again. Would recommend to anyone!!

Food was pretty good over all. Service could be slightly better. Went in around lunch time, a typically busy time, all seats were taken, as there's not a ton of seating in here. We just kind of stood there looking at the menu for about 5 mins hoping maybe a table would open up. Nobody came over to say anything, offer an estimated wait time for a table, or even ask us to come back at a later time. Just kind of ignored us. Eventually someone came to ask if we had questions, and we said we'd probably just come back later when there's seats available. They just kind of shrugged and got back to what they were doing.

We did come back at a less busy time and the food was great, super amazing Tonkatsu ramen, just like I had in Japan. Gyoza was amazing also. Overall, wonderful food, but somebody needs to pay attention to who's coming and going so you can accommodate customers more thoroughly. I understand it was a busy hour, but you need to keep an eye on the door. Maybe a quick "Sorry, we don't have any seats available right now, could you check back in in 20 mins?" Could be good.

Anyhow I know y'all are a new place, so I'm not trying to be harsh or anything, just constructive criticism. You're doing a good job on that food though!

Big fan of the Tan Tan. Best Ramen in the Kitsap Area.

The food is so delicious. It's the best!

Wow! I used to drive to Seattle for Ramen but there's no need with this place in Silverdale. I ordered the Tan Tan. Pork & Chicken based broth with spicy ground sausage, egg, scallions and other toppings.
I am so impressed with the quality of ingredients and flavor. Absolute must try for anyone that loves Ramen!

Tonkotsu and their Korean Wings are AMAZING as well!!!!
