“Such a neat place! We got the borscht, pierogis, and gnocchi and it was all very good. We will be heading back for breakfast today, the pastry display was amazing and we can't wait to go back to try more. Our server Jaime was really sweet- we initially went in the wrong door and she was very nice about leading the way to the deli and checking in with us. Great treats and great customer service!”

“Great place to catch an actual sit-down meal inside the Park. Couldn’t be more convenient to the Paradise area. The prices are a little high but that’s expected for the convenience factor. The food is pretty good and the staff is enjoyable. The people are from all over the world and presumably come there because they like the Park (not because they need a job) which makes for a good atmosphere.”

“Stopped here for dinner and breakfast while camping in Mt Rainier National Park. Was pleased that the menu offered many vegetarian options including the Vegetarian Lasagna and Tofu Scramble. Appetizers were also excellent, especially the Asparagus.”

“Good food for after a long day hiking around Mt Rainer. Relaxing atmosphere. We ate inside as we are prone to cold so we had the inside pretty much to ourselves. Outside seating area was beautiful but filled quickly with the dinner rush.”

“Every time I go to ashford this is a must stop. great place for breakfast or dinner after a day on the mountain. They also have tremendous deserts and pie. This place is popular so be prepared to wait. They do have outdoor seating depending on the time of year. I look forward to eating here again.”

“Fun hangout for folks on their way to/from Mount Rainier. Stop with your expedition group or just visit for fun -- families and dig owners hang here too. Very low key: Order a pizza or burger, get beer or soft drink, and find a picnic table in a sunny day. Or hang out at one of the tables under the overhang any day. Two small climbing structures are great for kids or practice. Plenty if parking, rentals, and nearby mountaineering store and hotel round out the complex. (Handicap accessible if you can traverse gravel. Restrooms are gender-free and accessible.)”
