Order before you sit down. Ok, I guess. The manager made sure our whole group could sit together, there were 16 of us plus a baby. That was nice. The service was good. All they do is bring your food to you. No one came by later to check on us. Not sure if they were supposed to, though. I mean, when you order at the counter and get your own drink, it really isn't a waitress taking care of you. I ordered a steak salad. The salad was delicious and very large. The steak had little flavor and was very tough. The burgers were giant. My husband said they were tasty. He also ordered garlic fries. There was way too much garlic. He couldn't even eat the fries. The restaurant and restrooms were clean which I appreciate. The pricing was a bit high for me. We ordered a salad, 2 burgers with drinks and a kid meal with drink and our ticket was $57. I'm not fr this area so maybe that price is normal, but for me it was high.

This place is soooo good ! Not your run of the mill burger place it's up scale but they only have table service by the bar. Otherwise you order at the counter and take it to the table yourself like a fast food joint except it's not fast food. They also have tons of big screen 1080i and 4kp TVs playing a wide variety of sports. The bar is pretty good at making some killer drinks and they have little coloring mats for the kids.

The food was good, the service was okay, but the idea of ordering before going to the table and getting our own drinks just make it chaotic. The drink machine is right at the entrance of the dining room and a bunch of people are constantly looking to walk through and the line gets long quickly on a Friday night. Overall, good food, just don't like the idea of that style.

Split dining area based on whether you prefer table service or ordering at the counter. Full bar. Excellent burgers and sweet potato fries. Excellent service, though sometimes it feels like a production line. Really, I'd give them 5 stars if it wasnt for the inflated drink prices. But you can save 20% buying their gift cards from Costco.

Went right at opening. Staff was friendly and welcoming. My son has food allergies and they were helpful and knowledgeable. Someone from the kitchen came out and reviewed the allergies. My mom got the Cobb salad and I had the French onion soup and Caesar salad. Food was great!
