Koto Teriyaki Restaurant

Randomly love trying new restaurants. This place is by far one of the best teriyaki’s I’ve had to date. The chicken was not dry like most other teriyaki stores, well cooked and lightly seasoned. The salad was on par and the spicy California roll was very good! Just the right amount of spicy and flavor. Definitely would come back here with the rest of my family next time.

Usually a good place for food. To go order tonight was lacking forks, napkins, and sauces. Not used to asking for them as they have always been in the bag in the past. Rude awakening when your somewhere without those items.
Also, got my order wrong so that was another disappointment.
Not the same faces working as before that always got everything right.
Previously was 5 stars now I can't say that.

Service was excellent, the lady who greeted me was very welcoming, and the prices are great. The food for the most part was excellent as well. My only concern is the fact that they advertise bubble tea, but you have to pay extra for the actual tapioca bubbles. If that's the case, why not just call it Milk Tea and say that you can make it a bubble tea for a little extra?
