Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

Line had a 35 minute wait when we arrived. The hostess was gracious and asked if we wanted to sit in the bar. We waited about ten minutes and got a spot. Ordered drinks, appetizers and then our food. It was perfect! The bartender had alot is people to wait on, but she was very attentive to us. Food was awesome, we were stuffed when we left. The whole staff was a well oiled machine! Great times, great food and great service!

Our head waitress was very nice. But they sent two servers to collect our order, which is fine but we are a family and all my young children were sitting on one side of the table While my teens, husband and I were sitting on the opposite side of the table. I found it odd they expected my small children to be able to order by themselves... I ended up ordering for my children from to two different waitresses, one of which seemed irritated that I didn't want to yell over the other waitress while she was taking orders from my side. Confusing, but as always The food was great.

Walked in on a non peak time or day. There were a few parties ahead of us. We decided to look at bar seating. I approached three staff talking amongst themselves and asked if the bar was open seating. I was completely ignored even though I had made eye contact with one of them. The three continued to gossip with answering. I asked again a bit louder and was given a snide yes. The service after that was ok. We saw three different people, while all were polite it felt as if we were a burden. I recommend seating in the main area. Hopefully you would get better service.

Food was decent. My chicken was a bit on the dry side. Pasta was good. Wife said hers was cooked well.

I decided to go to the Olive Garden didn't want to miss out on the Never Ending Pasta Bowl. I didn't expect much on the service side, just another average service is what I thought I would get being that I was alone. But to the contrary this time I was very amazed at the level of service that I received today. And from that service alone will I be willing to go back to the Olive Garden.
My server's name was Dee Christmas no joke love the name. Everything about her fit's that name. She is above excellent when it comes to people skills and service. A beautiful attitude for a beautiful server. I only wish she could be at all other restaurants as well or train other servers on attitude behavior and customer service. So many times we are willing to post bad reviews or call corporate for horrible service and rightfully so. But when there is excellent service we don't give enough credit where it is due.
The food was good could use a little more flavor in some of the sauces but it was good.This time the service saved the food, because of how great she was, and it wasn't just my table but I watched her and saw she was like that with all her tables. Like I said that will bring me back and I will tell other's I know as well.
