Excellent customer service! The sushi chefs are very proactive and possess the skills to alter the menu to the customer's satisfaction. Everything can be made to order! The ONLY reason I'm not giving them a "5-star" rating is due to their busiest times of day the sushi chefs get inundated with orders and their response time becomes negatively affected.

To be clear, their food is good. I have been many times, and each time I am impressed with the freshness and quality of the ingredients. However, this particular location leaves a lot to be desired for customer service. It isn't the people so much, but the work load on the people that is the problem. I think the restaurant is too big for the location and ends up feeling crowded very quickly. The last time we went there (on 01/11/2020) the service was incredibly slow. It came down to not having enough people and not acknowledging the issue. Ultimately I will go back as I don't believe one lost battle loses the war. I would simply caution anyone thinking about going in a large group on the weekend.

I always get the all you can eat lunch deal. The food there is always good, tho they did take my favorite rolls off the menu. The staff is nice but it really depends on the time of day you go. 12-1 they're pretty busy and depending on the chef, you dont get your orders in a timely fashion. The waiters are not always attentive either, but they're fairly nice when you stop them and ask for something. Overall a decent sushi place that I frequent weekly.

We only go here every once in awhile but when we do it is an awesome treat. The sushi is really good, and they have a very good variety to pick from. If raw fish is not your fancy you can get cooked, chicken, or veggie sushi. Take advantage, of the week day specials like the 3 for $25, or the lunch all you can eat that goes all day. The dinner all you can eat is almost not worth it unless you can eat three or more whole rolls of sushi as it is pricey, and if you are only going to eat two rolls it is cheaper to just order those two by themselves.

Their all you can eat is a godsend!! I have teenagers who love sushi so this place is our new go-to. Our sushi was top quality and some inventive rolls. Get there early as they do fill up. The chefs were having fun which really made this an enjoyable experience.
