“I always have a good experience here but there are no signs stating the lobby is closed. We left the drive through to go inside, because the line was long and moving slow, and the lobby was closed. Out of the 1200000 signs on the door, they all said the store was open and masks were required. If you’re going to have a closed lobby, a sign needs to be posted. The front states “We’re Open” in big letters but states nothing about only the drive through being open. We got back in the drive through and the line was way longer than it was when we got out of it.”

“Tonight, 5pm, 02/05/2020, I am so impressed! It took about 20 minutes for my turn, which is amazing, because there was only one person working, and several people ahead of me (some ordering 3+ sandwiches)! I have no idea why they left this girl on her own during a dinner rush, but she kept completely cool and polite. She notified everyone about the wait, took everything one step at a time, and didn't panic at all. She couldn't have been more than 20! I panicked during dinner rushed when I was working with a team at that age. Fast food is not a low-stress gig. Mega kudos to her for keeping it together and giving everyone fantastic service!!! The restaurant was clean, the food was accurate, and there wasn't a single other employee there the entire time. I almost tried to poach her to my company, but then remembered the commute from here.”

“I went in one day and a customer decided to use rude language on a worker who was still learning the ropes. The manager handled it professionally and was in no way disrespectful. Despite this and the workers being extremely busy I got my order quickly. If you can not wait to get your pizza when Pizza Time is busy, have them delivered it to your door instead of taking carryout and making a scene. Especially if you have a child with you. These workers are human too, they're not robots.”

“First time here, we ordered the Taco box. Very good and I appreciated the food was not overly greasy. The meat was slightly dry, so we did use a lot of sauce. I agree with one of the reviews, lots of meat in the tacos but not too much onion/cilantro- but great still. I wish I was able to try more sauces as I thought they had one of each in the box as pictured but they were not. The Salsa it came with was delicious and just right amount of heat, chips were right on point. Beans and Rice were great as well. Can't wait to eat here again! I REALLY WISH they did online ordering! Would be great to get orders in for houses out in the sticks trying to order with bad reception :)”

“Second time eating here @ this location in 3 yrs.. 4 stars because the prices went up drastically! I remember steak and shrimp was about $21/$22... now it is $27 or so.. but overall food is amazing! Their fried rice is to die for, I recommend ordering an extra add on if you are a rice lover, and I really loved how the chef offered if anyone wanted the fat of the steak, which I loved and wouldn't let go to waste. By the way the chef name is Romeo and he was very entertaining.”

There was some confusion when I ordered a burger patty (a treat for my dog), which is something I've done multiple times & @ many differ locations. Plus, people add extra burger patties @ times. I like the beautiful new menu's but unsure why the prices are kinda hit & miss to be listed. Plus the prices should be more clear, in my opinion.”
