Cliff House Restaurant

The views and ambiance are amazing and subtle at the same time with not only a friendly, but patient staff. They allowed plenty of time between courses which allowed me to feel satisfied with my meal without the painful fullness feeling. The food was top notch amazing from the salad to dessert. I highly recommend the limoncello cake for dessert. It was light, fluffy, and with the right amount flavor and sweetness. The blueberries with it really accentuate the flavor.

I dine in this nice place quite a bit! This is my favorite place to dine. I go to this spot many times. The meals are very tasty, the staff members are polite and the prices are affordable. I enjoy being in this restaurant for a tasty meal.

Beautifully set up, scenic views, great for romantic dates, reservation are required, no dress code required, menus are prestige, limited parking at the restaurant, have additional parking in adjacent lot across the street, can be very busy when crossing. They do serve alcohol and will card you. Great service from the waitress, they also make a small birthday surprise treat. Menu is steak, seafood, salads, kids menu.

I can’t believe I’ve lived in federal way for 15 years and didn’t know about this place until last month. It’s about as upscale as you’ll find in the Pacific Northwest. It gives my wife and I the opportunity to dress up a little. Don’t worry though, you’d be comfortable in business casual too. Great food and atmosphere to go along with it. We will be making this a regular of ours.
