Cuerno Bravo Steakhouse

Incredible experience at Cuerno Bravo last week. The service, menu, atmosphere, food quality were all phenomenal. All the steaks ordered in our party were well prepared and to our liking, the quality of the meat they serve is beyond anything I have tried, including some very high end steak houses. I cannot wait to go back.

My wife and I went here for our anniversary dinner, expecting to have prime ribeyes, as we both love ribeyes. After noticing that they had A5 on the menu, and the server explaining the presentation (raw, close to room temperature, next to a wicked hot stone for you to lay individual pieces on so the steak doesn't overcook) we jumped at it. Holy cow (pun intended) that was a FANTASTIC steak, and the experience was wonderful! My wife and I both talked about how fun it was laying our bite sized pieces on the stone for just a couple seconds and savoring the juicy, fatty goodness. Like fondue, but like fondue always dreamt of being! The baked potato side was out of this world! Piled high with toppings and perfectly cooked. If you want great steak, and a great experience then this is DEFINITELY the place for you!

For those who don’t know Cuerno Bravo is a sister restaurant of Asadero Prime. We went during the soft launch in March, the day before the shut down.

We sampled most of the menu and if you are looking for a steak in Tacoma this is the place you need to go! It is the only steak house in the Tacoma area that carries A5 wagyu steaks, which you cook on a hot stone at your table.

We had a great time and can’t wait to come back!
