I had a pulled pork sandwich..it was a good price and very tasty with the sweet BBQ sauce. The employees at this store are so friendly and helpful! They make it a great place to eat. And the free soft serve is nice too!

Always nice customer service. Only 3 out of 5 because every time I come during my lunch break, from Gig Harbor across the bridge and pay a toll even, I have to wait at the counter for someone to wait on me, they're always in the back.
They're meat has also been a little dry lately too, which is disapointing.
However, always fresh cornbread fresh out of the oven at this time of day, which my whole office appreciates. ????????????
I will continue to dine here, but wish they could improve on those 2 areas that bring them from a 5, to a 3.

My partner got a box that was full of pulled meat, with two sides, for $9. It was enough to feed us both, and delicious. The beans were VERY tasty, best I've had. Love the sauce bar, to choose from BBQ sauce: sweet, original and spicy. I never knew they had free self-serve soft ice cream--super yummy vanilla!

One star off reason: Even though it wasn't busy at all, counter person was distracted, kept chatting with one customer who came in after us, and then proceeded to skip us and take his order! And the sauce and ice cream area, messy, with something slippery on the floor. Worker never looked at to notice it was in need of attention, neither to and from her vaping trip outdoors. Not trying to get her in trouble, but she may need a remedial course in customer service.

Also, bathroom were very dimly lit. Could be cleaner.
