McDonald's

It was quick, but I ordered a lot of food, and my 2 medium fries were missing from the bag ????

Loved the hot food, but don't always appreciate the "pull forward" for a sausage mcmuffin. My auntie reminded me to wait until i get my food before getting belligerent...good looking out! I came during lunch, the area was filthy, and lines were long. However, as the rush died down the employees began to clean rather swiftly and we're helpful even though my order was wrong. They fixed it, no questions asked. The people were very kind and got my special order correct. But the kids room was very dirty which it usually isn't they must have had someone call out that was supposed to clean it the night before.

Holy $#!+! I literally had an employee threatened to call 911 on me for loitering as I waited for my food to be prepared and she even had to ask a co-worker "what the number to 911 was." (Ha! talk about incompetence!) The worker also started to yell and speak in a very demeaning and disrespectful tone even after I informed the supervisor of the situation.
There was not an actual manager on site;only a supervisor who seem to be on her first shift in the new position and did not have the support she needed to handle such situations. I told her that I wanted the employee to have written documentation of the incident in their employee file as well as follow up by the manager on this "opportunity for coaching" with the employee. Still waiting on that phone call. Not waiting for a much needed apology from the simple-minded employee, though.

Seating area has plenty of space (10 tables ranging from 2 to 6 seats) including two very cool 4-person touch sensitive light up tables. Fun!

This McDonald's was nice and clean! Everyone there read very sweet! Two ladies stood out and went above and beyond to make our visit a great one! Ms Shirley & Stuff. They were so sweet and personable! They even have my son two toys! The young boy who took our order (unfortunately didn't get his name) was nice and patient! The play area was clean and welcoming. Their was even a table that would light up when you touched it! Thanks to the am team that was there this morning!
