Panera Bread

I had the most refreshing visit to Panera Bread. Before I even stepped inside the building the staff was attending to us. One of the employees [Travis] ran to the door and opened it for us and immediately started conversation, asking us if we needed help with anything. The lady on the register came out to the lobby and was standing with us explaining all the pastries that we had questions about, without seeming like it was such a burden for her (like most young fast food employees). We sat outside and ate our food and before we could get back to the door to take our plates back in here comes Travis again running, literally running to open the door for us offered to take our plates and other garbage. He also offered to carry my stuff to the car as i have a broken foot. That is in no way his job or responsibility but, he took it upon himself to just be an honorable human being. Many thanks Travis! You deserve a raise!

The young lady,( Oliva)was so nice, professional,..this type of thoughtful employee is the kind that draws customer back to a business over a d over. Panera Bread is very fortunate to have her as a employee, she was the best I've seen that this restaurant, her manners, temperament,and pleasing personality is the best a customer could ask for or ever expect,...a great experience to have a few minutes for a cup of coffee and such professional service. Thank you Panera.

I loved my visit here at Panera. The service was amazing. I especially love that girl Charity behind the food preparation line. She has such a great customer service personality. Charity is a fun spirit and has an amazing smile.
