The Rock Wood Fired Pizza

Another one of my all time favorite stops. The pizza is amazing and once in a while we'll sit in the bar and they have some great drinks. If your ever around one of their locations I highly recommend you stop in and get some great food.

So we show up a half-hour before closing and they welcome us in. Nope, kitchen is still open, anything we want. No rush, no hassle, solid service and attention. The food is absolutely awesome, especially the fries. We are one of the last people out and never once feel like they wanted us to leave so they could go home. Honestly, fantastic service and food. Also, the place is cool with a very rough home kitchen style setup and a huge open, viewable kitchen.

In town on business. Decided to check out “The Rock” restaurant. The bartender was Amber. Normally I don’t leave reviews, but her service was exceptional. It is rare to have such an attentive bartender. Very positive and professional. The food was genuine and amazing. Hot and fresh. The server was Amber. Next time I’m in town, we definitely return to this establishment.

Quite possibly the best place to eat in Tacoma. First of all out waitress Sara ( hope I spelled that right) is amazing. She was friendly and attentive and did an amazing job. Second get the nachos... Don't think about. Just do it. We tried 3 different pizzas and a burger all were top notch. We went after 9pm for happy hour and the signature buckets were just perfect. Really one of the best wood fired pizza places I have been to yet and once again the waitress Sara was was perfect.
