The Oyster & Thistle Restaurant and Pub

What a wonderful cozy restaurant and pub. My son and I were off on an adventure together looking for a little nature. On the way we got hungry and found this place. We're always down for some fresh oysters and with the name Oyster and Thistle we had high hopes. They did not fail to please our taste buds. We had two of the three types of oysters available. Both on the briny side which is how we like them. The server was very knowledgeable and helpful. Try the dark and stormy, it's how I'd make it for myself at home. ;-) I will be back, next time with my wife and maybe a weekend in La Conner! Thank you!

Nice white table cloth cozy place. Putenesca pasta was awesome. Decent wine list a bit pricey on the wines. Wry friendly and nice server. Located in a cool town to just stroll around all the shops....all near the water. Charming locale.

Possibly one of the most enjoyable dinners I've had in 20 years. Everything about the experience was 5 stars. The service, the environment (it was very quiet, which is helpful as I'm hearing impared), the food was fantastic, the Whisky Sour was one of the top 5 I've ever had. I can't recommend Oyster & Thistle more highly! Thank you Steve for making our experience amazing!

One of our absolute favorite restaurants, not just in La Conner, but in general.

We’ve been here 4 times now, each time choosing different things from the menu, and *everything* has been cooked to perfection and absolutely delicious.

You MUST order the pan fried oysters, and if they have the scallop & prawn curry, get that too--it’s the most delicate, creamy curry you’ve ever tasted.

5 stars all the way, you’ve got to try this place.

The food is amazing! I didn't know seafood could taste so good! Extensive wine collection. Did I mention it is cozy. Enough room for about ten max in the bar, will definitely be back.
