The directions were easy, they were able to accommodate allergies, and the food was a highlight of the day. Thank you so much, for making our Christmas extra Merry when we needed it most. Like everything the Bistro does, we are continually impressed by the service, food, and atmosphere, even amongst the pandemic. Especially good for breakfast”

“I love the mochi donuts here! I regularly pick up a dozen to bring to events and I definitely recommend ordering ahead online. The lines can get pretty long and move quite slow. The bubble waffle with the sauces to dip and the milk tea are also really good!”

“I don't necessarily love this place, but really wanted a latte. Wanted to see if my Starbucks/Seahawks gift card had any money left on it. It didn't. Absolutely shocked how much lattes there cost now. Don't think I will be buying at Starbucks anymore. My husband makes a better latte at home anyway. They should take a lesson from him.”

But, I came through this morning and they had somebody taking orders on a tablet in line and it was the fastest coffee line I've ever seen! Get a great drink, leave a drink or grab a free drink if "qualify" via one of the many post-it note drink credits paid for by other patrons. “I am not what you would call a "adventurous eater". We went here for my granddaughter's birthday dinner, and I was very pleasantly surprised. Looking at the menu I didn't think I'd like anything on it, but was able to order my soup minus a couple of items that I did not want to eat. The broth was very flavorful, and we all really enjoyed our meals. Waitstaff came back to the table multiple times to check if we needed anything, or if we had any questions. Great customer service!”

“This PB is conveniently located at the intersection of highway 99 and 205 in Shoreline. The building is accessible from both streets. I found the staff in this location most friendly and cheerful. Their demeanor seem contagious as all the customers coming in while we were there were smiling and saying hello to each other. The service was prompt but I suspect their is more to this very happy environment than how quickly you received your order. Congrats to management for cultivating and supporting this environment.”
