(May 3, 2023, 1:49 pm)I found Big Rod’s TX Bbq food truck in downtown Spokane. All three items we ordered, were excellent, with the German sausage sandwich being a surprise favorite. Cole slaw was mild in flavor and fresh. The bbq sauce had rich smokey flavors and I would definitely order anything off the menu.
