Zip's Drive In

Had to do five for the environment alone. I have been in many zips and this is the nicest. They even serve at the table with silverware and a table caddie for breakfast and I'm sure other meals. Oh and the bathroom was super nice as well.

Just to start, the food here has almost always been good and the breakfast is awesome. Today I was just getting a coffee and went through the drive-thru usually expecting fairly fast service. Only one car in front of me. Waited at least 10 to 15 min as the car in front apparently ordered breakfast. I've never complained before but mentioned the wait time and a possible solution to the person at the window. I wasn't trying to be mean, but was a little frustrated. If a drive-thru order is expected to take more than 4 or so minutes, they should have the customer pay and then pull foward into a parking spot to wait for the order to be brought out to them. This is just good customer service and keeps the line moving. The window person didn't seem to care, which I found to be rude. Usually the service has been very friendly but today...not so much. Called the manager on duty and they seemed to understand but also seemed to think nothing could be done and maybe didn't really care that much much either. They said I could come inside to order or go to a different coffee place...? Anyway, I really like this Zips at Suncrest and I want it to do even better.

Got breakfast on a road trip through the drive through. Got meal #5 subbed the toast for a Pancake. Also, the biscuits and gravey. Diner type food. Took about 20min. Cost about $25. Reasonable for 2 people. Good size portions.
