Starbucks

This was the first time I studied here and the service was amazing. The were friendly and quick!

Very friendly staff and as of right now, I've had only great customer service. Sometimes my drink will have a mistake but they've always replaced it if I ask.

I came here to do homework and grab a drink. They were so busy from both inside and through the drive-through but they were super quick! Due to its busy location it wasn’t my favorite for doing homework due to the volume, but it is still a good place to go to if you’re just looking to get a drink or snack! Also they have free wifi.

This location is sandwiched between two fast food restaurants.....but they took awhile to make just 2 coffees, it was not busy either, then they made one of them wrong, but I'm not one to complain so docking a star for the wait and messing up but otherwise they were good. Also their drive thru is not easy to get to or noticable!

I would give 5* if not for one issue. I don't drink coffee products. It's just not something I've ever enjoyed. We visit Starbucks often because my boyfriend enjoys it and I order a vanilla Italian cream soda. But getting one depends on who's working. Sometimes saying they don't make them, other times I have no issues and the girl makes it never saying they don't make them. This happened the other day. I ordered one, it was amazing. A few days later I was told they don't make it and never have and that I must be mistaking them for some place else. The very next day I ordered it and had no problem. It's hit or miss. So I'm curious, do you make Italian cream sodas or not? Am I simply getting them from someone who is being nice and going out of their way to make it for me? Also this is happening at other locations as well.
