Top notch, every single plate was perfection. We went this last Tuesday for dinner, and I’m shocked they did not have a full dining room. I have never had such a wonderful dining experience in my life. The staff were attentive, right from the start, and throughout our 2 hour dinner. We ordered a few of their seasonal cocktails and they were perfectly balanced, not too sweet or too alcohol forward. Our appetizers were a real highlight for me: the gougeres with jammy caramelized onions were perfectly crisp on the outside and gooey inside, the tartine with duck confit was supple and salty with perfectly acidic flavors to balance it, and the chilled corn soup was so refreshing and light. We ordered the scallops and pork chop entrees and both were perfectly cooked with such delicious seasoning I chewed the pork chop to the bone. And again all the sauces and purées as accompaniment balanced the salt and richness expertly. We tried the fig opera cake for dessert and I was delighted that it was not too sweet but left with just a touch of it to round out the whole menu we tasted. I was personally surprised by how well everything came together to make such a beautiful culinary story across the entire menu. This group of passionate individuals has brought Spokane a dining experience I have been desperately seeking for so long and I could not say enough complimentary things to do it justice, you simply must experience it for yourself.

All we could say was wow. This is what Spokane has been missing. Wonderful service and incredibly tasty food. My pork chop was one of the best I have had in a long time, so moist. You will not be disappointed.

One of the BEST foodie spots in Spokane! Chef Todd delivered amazing, complex, refined, beautiful and luscious food. Service was personal and attentive. Chef Todd visited our table so we could rave directly to him. Beautiful new restaurant and we give it the highest accolades!

Mobile Reservations were Top Notch!!! Super impressed with the convenience of it! Food and Drinks were Freaking Amazing!!! 🤩🤩🤩 Atmosphere… I think the lights are too bright.. it would be a more romantic atmosphere, if they were way dimmer.. customer service was great for the most part.. everyone was super friendly, but the time on checking on us between orders was a bit slow.. Overall experience was still great! ❤️💕

Opening night did not disappoint! Our party of four was quite pleased and surprised with both the food and drinks we ordered! Portions were appropriate (read *quality* over quantity), and it was evident a lot of care and preparation went into each dish. The drinks were all fantastic. The restaurant is split into a dining space and a bar/counter area so if a craft cocktail is your thing, I'd suggest stopping by! (I have my fingers crossed that in the future they might offer a happy hour with elevated small plates and drink specials.) That said, even as they find their stride having just opened - the food was innovative, exceptionally fresh and worth experiencing. Looking forward to seeing Bowery grow and become a part of downtown Spokane's culinary scene!
