    We have worked with Inland for several years as the service provider for our apartment building in Brownes Addition. They are responsive, communicative and professional. Outages and malfunctions occur, and many times they have gone above and beyond to get us back up and running. We appreciate their service and the peace of mind knowing we can count on them whenever needed.

    Elevator went down at hotel resort in Leavenworth. Inland was able to get someone out the next day with a part that TKE no longer carries. Mary, Dan, and Jeremy were all great and we look forward to potentially changing our contract to them!

    I would give Mary, Ben & Darren (all I dealt with) all 5 star reviews all day long.

    I had an elevator out at a location almost 3 hours from Spokane. This elevator had been down for a couple of months. Yes, there was a service and repair company on it. I don’t know the details.

    The owners representative reached out to us to solve the problem.

    Yes, the elevator was an older model that is in need of mod.

    I contacted Mary on a Friday when this work order hit my desk. The following Tuesday there was a tech on site and had diagnosed the problem. By the next Tuesday, Inland had their hands on a replacement control board, had it installed and the elevator back in service. That’s 1 week for an older elevator!

    I have never tried to solve an elevator problem in the past. Also, I cannot remember the last time that I needed such a specific set of troubleshooting, and problem solving skills. As well as specific licensing on one repair. But Inland Elevator had that covered easily.

    Another point I should make is that they were phenomenally fast.

    If you’re reading this, then you must have knowledge of how slow and cumbersome some elevator service companies can be.

    Pricing? I should also mention that Inland was not only quickly on top of this problem, but Inland was at the right price too.

    I think this one of a handful of reviews I have done for any company. So when I do, they really stand out to me. Inland Elevator is a company that I can give my highest recommendation to.
