I have gone to this establishment several times over the last few years, and each time, it has been slightly different except for the atmosphere. The food is solid and delicious, but for the price, I would hope for consistency in flavor or at least an upgrade in ingredients to match the price of the food. Am I saying the food is not good? No, the food is solid and a reason I do enjoy eating here. The service from the workers are good they have the perfect balance of checking in and also giving time for uninterrupted eating. If you are looking for a ramen place with solid food this is a place to go.
The food is always yummy! We love the spicy beef ramen and the miso ramen!! Sushi tastes fresh and the drinks are fun and refreshing. One of our favorite places to eat!
I have been a handful of times, sometimes by myself, and sometimes with my son. We always had excellent service, and the food was always delicious. The salted carmel porter was delicious as well. Highly recommend for some good ramen.
The food is usually really really good here. The spicy beef ramen is my absolute favorite! Unfortunately this time I got cilantro on mine despite my request for none and such small pieces I couldn’t get them all out. The waitress did ask if I wanted them to remove it or make a whole new bowl and I hate to waste so they took it out as best as they could.
The boa buns were ok, very dry and a little over seared on the bottom almost burning it so it wasn’t as fluffy as they normally are. The flavor was pretty good though.
The spicy miso was a hit and the teenager loved the rattlesnake roll and he ordered the eel nigiri but was given an eel rice bowl instead but it was really good too.
Probably won’t be back as we live in the valley and not worth the trip.
It is always a pleasure to dine at the North Spokane location. We have been many times and had the same great service everytime. The food is great, recommend the spider roll, red dragon roll and any of their house made Ramen's.
