Happy Teriyaki #4 Lacey

I really like this place. The food is good and has pleasant sized portions. The biggest issue with this restaurant is the waitress. I dread coming because i could get her. I see on the other reviews everyone has the same issue. One person is hurting such a nice business. The cooks, the sushi chefs, the manager are all very sweet and helpful(read:excellent customer service). Any time there is an issue with sushi or i have a question the chef is very polite and helpful, the waitress in question is not. She is curt, unapologetic, and defensive. She seems through body language, tone of voice, and choice of words that even taking my order is a bother that is beneath her. I feel like she hates her job and the customers. I have never had any other issues with this establishment. I have never had an issue with my order, unlike other restaurants in the area. The flavor is great. I like to order for my family then sit at the sushi bar while i wait. The chefs are great. TLDR: Waitress is bad at customer service and needs a retrain. Food is awesome. Would recommend if the bad waitress is not there.

What a wonderful experience. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The place was clean and orderly. And most importantly, the food was amazing. The portions were larger than expected but that just meant we got to enjoy it again the next day. Will definitely be eating here again and will let my friends know as well.

My boyfriend and I went here for an emergency date he had to show me how good it was... the portions and taste was great the prices very reasonable and a lot of variety to choose from on the menu. Nice to go out have a quiet meal be able to talk and have quick service too. Not bad for a $40 dinner date.
