    The food isn't bad, but the service really had gone down. People who worked here were polite, courteous, professional, and just down right awesome! But I'm assuming they all moved on to bigger and better things. You will not receive that type of service here anymore. Yesterday my family went to get food and the woman we had at the drive thru was just not good.

    When my husband was ordering food, she would cut him off by sharply asking if there was anything else. The tone she had made it seem like we were inconveniencing her with our presence. But we ignored it.
    Then when we rolled up and my husband showed his CAC, (military id), for military discount, she asked to see his license. My husband showed him and she went to get the food. When she handed the bags over, she told my husband that she serves too and that she knows what a fake military id looks like, but she would let us go this time.

    The service here hasn't been great, but we haven't dealt with someone so unprofessional and uncourteous as her at this establishment. I recommend avoiding this particular jack in a box until they hire some quality workers again.

    That being said, we got our food in a decent time, the quality was good, and the price matches the quality of the food.

    The mini tacos said they weren't spacey but they were a little bit spicy but it was ok but they're loaded fries are to die for

    Food was fine. Employees seemed like they could care less about their customers. When I showed up at 9pm all front house employees were outside smoking. After waiting at the counter for a couple of minutes they finally came in to take my order. Overall I didn't feel valued as a customer.

    These guys were so nice and quick. I prefer going the Hawks Prairie Jack In The Box because of their nice staff. The food has always been good and if we had a problem, it was fixed. I wish I had the names of the staff that worked Christmas Eve, they were great.

    Good food, love that it's made when you order it. The new Steak and Parmesan curly fries are salty, great if you like salty food.
