    I used to eat California tacos all the time till I tried fiesta tacos, haven't been back since. Fiesta taco has fantastic food at a good price! The adobada is to die for

    This is by far the best taco truck in all of Olympia! They have a lot of options from quesadillas to the crispy taco. My personal favorite is the crispy al pastor taco. Bottom line every meal I have had from Fiesta taco has been fantastic!

    Hands down the best taco truck around! I have got everything from tacos, burritos, the wet burrito, and tortes. They do not disappoint!! Don’t waste your money at any other taco truck!

    I had my first Torta ever and it was amazing, the torta was fluffy, flaky and buttery. They were very generous with the fillings as well as the lengua. Wish I lived closer, I will always go out of my way when around the area to eat here again. Picky eater as far as quality, and these guys have it. Truelly Authentic.
