If you haven't been here you need to try it seriously the best waffles I've had in my life. Perfectly crispy on the outside soft on the inside....and they have amazing options savory and sweet!

My tummy and taste buds are delighted. ThurstonTalk had an article on this amazing food truck called #honeycuspe on the corner of Steele St SE and Pacific Ave SE. as you can see, my decision to try it out for lunch today was a spectacular idea. The owner / chef prepares a perfect waffle and tops it sweet or savory. Since this was lunch I decided to go with protein, and he made me his number one seller. First of all it was a work of art that tasted delicious and smelled divine!!! The first and subsequent bites were mouthwateringly delicious. I will definitely be back to try out some of the other menu items. Good to the last nite. Satisfyingly filling.

Waffles are so light, just the right amount of toppings not to overfill you. You don't walk away feeling bloated or uncomfortable.
