Normally when I go to lunch at panera it is busy. Luckily I was able to order and have my food it what seemed to be five minutes. Everyone was nice and food was perfect. It was a calm and quite atmosphere. Will stop by again.
Super popular location, so if you are in a rush, consider visiting just before or after the lunch hours as they are seemingly always slammed. The staff are a mix of really dynamic personalities and lackluster folks just there for a paycheck. For the most part, they are fantastic. I frequent this place and my only wish is that they offer more gluten free options and label the ones they do have. Once, I overheard an employee tell a customer that certain holiday cookies were gluten free, but there was no way to know to ask that. If you need to customize your order, I recommend you go inside. The drive thru is next to a busy street and the staff often struggle to hear over the road noise, especially on rainy days.
Outstanding! Good selection of alternative beverages...not just the standard carbonated flavored high fructose corn syrup.
Good Turkey chili and sandwich also.
It's going to be difficult saving money when I know I can eat so well at Panera.
It seems no matter how you order at Panera, it takes a long time to get served. The drive-thru is often crowded, and it takes a lot of time to process orders. If you order online, sometimes it is ready when you arrive and other times it is not. The food at Panera is okay, but it is not outstanding. It is a good option when you don't want to cook and you don't want to eat french fries and hamburgers. From a budget standpoint, Panera is a bit on the high end.
