If his boss reads this, he deserves a raise in pay or a monetary incentive! This location beat the Tacoma Location for service any day.”

“I sat down in the sparsely populated bar @ 12:45 pm for lunch.. it took 15 minutes for my waitress to acknowledge me and get my beverage order..???? ..another 10 minutes to get my over priced drink.. an old fashion.. $10.25.. yep..the drink was overly sweet (to much simple syrup) upon me asking for an additional shot of Jamison's.. to tone it down.. Upon taking my food order, the waitress saw that I didn't have any silverware or napkins and said that she would get them.. food showed up in a timely manner, however? still, no utensils.. I'm into my lunch hour 40 minutes now and, after consuming just several wings? I gotta go back to work.. If buffalo wings is wanting to be competitive in the lunch hour market? They're going to have to pick it up a notch.. The bill? $40.54 .. yup.. for lunch”

“1st time here for me, but my family loves this place, & has been bugging me to go for a while. My burrito was great! I only got a bean and cheese but it was so delicious. “Though Panera is a little pricey, it's a great place for any meal. You can't go wrong with the "You Pick Two", soup and a sandwich or salad. The bagels are always fresh and soft and the cream cheese flavors are great. They also have delicious smoothies. If you are concerned about saving money, this would not be somewhere to come for an everyday lunch, but its perfect as a treat once in awhile.”

But at this moment I have to say my peace, for the Manager I just spoke too about not receiving my order correct. You should not be in management and for the Owner you should look into customer service training for you management staff. I called simply to inform you that I did not get what I paid for, I wasn’t mad I just know what ordered and that’s not what I received or what I paid for. I know that you don’t charge crazy prices for your pizza, but I don’t order from you because you’re cheap. I order because I actually enjoy your product. And when I called I didn’t need you to explain the difference between an Extra most best pizza and a regular. I know the difference that’s why I’m willing to pay more for more toppings.Trust me Next time maybe try apologizing for the mix up, you can retain good customers that way.”
