“This place was amazing!!!! The burrito we got was the grilled chicken ranchero and it was almost as big as the plate. It came with chicken, pickled jalapenos and carrots, rice, sour cream, guacamole, cheese and beans. Also we had ours fried which cost a dollar more but it was worth it!! One burrito is more than enough for 2 people. Will be going back again for sure!! So good!”

I got the Vegan Scramble with fried potatoes and sourdough bread, and my husband built his own omelette with an English muffin. Both 10/10 recommend. ALSO, they have a pay-it-forward program to help buy meals for people who can’t afford it, and we thought that was a cool opportunity to participate in.”

“Wonderful experience at the Olympia Oyster House. We came here to have a high quality seafood experience and the fun and Casual atmosphere made it even more easy to love. The wait staff were friendly and accommodating, our food was served piping hot. We had fish and chips in the form of crispy beer battered halibut, as well as their clam chowder. The fries were crispy and lightly seasoned and their coleslaw was just like homemade. Five stars to this downtown Olympia staple!”

“Very cool place, the light fixtures are sweet! We came in with our two small kiddos, hungry and unsure of what we wanted. The server was awesome, fast service without feeling rushed. Great place to people watch while you wait or dine - the windows are large and right at street level. Drinks were a little heavy on the ice. The shots were generous thou! “Just a quick public review! Thai Restaurant: Far East in the heart of down town Olympia! I want this little husband and wife restaurant to have more exposure because they don’t advertise at all and I LOVE them! I religiously order 1. Pad Thai w/ tofu 2. Veggie Delight w/ tofu 3. Broccoli w/beef 4. Thai Tea! Best one I’ve ever ordered! YUM! The wife has the best customer service, memorized all of my favorite orders and is just full of amazing energy, and her husband is the best cook! I’ve had other Thai food and yes it’s good but other places over sauce or use some sauces my tummy does not like, but they keep it fresh, simple, light, and delicious! 10/10 my favorite place to get lunch!”

“All of the staff I’ve interacted with have been nothing but friendly & helpful. It feels like a welcoming space for everyone, a great place to grab something to snack on while reading a book, catching up with friends, or doing work on your laptop. I had an iced vanilla latte with hemp milk and it was the best latte I ever had - I actually came back three days in a row just to get the drink again! They have a build your own sandwich option & mine was really tasty. They also have lots of bagels, cream cheeses, and pastries to choose from.”

“Absolutely perfect! Like everything about everything was so good! I had the biggest side of mashed potatoes and gravy in my life and it was probably the second greatest joy of my life. I have a kid so ya know. But for real do yourself and your whole table a favor and get them mashed potatoes! They are life changing. We also got the BLAT which was delicious and a grilled cheese with the tomato soup that was to die for.”

“My childhood all in one bite. Use to go to this place all the time growing up in Olympia. Very happy to come back 10 years later and see it still up and doing well!! Serving out the best pizza like I remember back as a kid! Try their thick slice pizzas it was so yummy. Just came up from Portland on my way to Seattle and we had to stop for pizza. And I think I am going to have to stop again on the back home! My fave pizza place! Love the 80's vibe its got with rock and roll posters and old writing all over the walls. Cool music playing. “Got the food to-go, and can say it was a fast and great experience. From ordering in person till I was in my car driving away was a total of about 15 minutes, and while I waited inside it was a pleasant experience with good art pieces and a clean calm environment. The Mekong egg rolls and Phud Thai were the best I’ve eaten. The Mekong curry was also good and very spicy. I will definitely be eating here again.”

“Our visit was a nice lunch. We tried the shucker special which allowed us to try a dozen oysters. The oysters were amazing each pair was a different experience.My wife had a lavender drop which she loved so much she had two! I tried a beer called black mountain it was delicious. For our entrees we had the shrimp and grits and the Mac and cheese with added crab. The only thing we would change was the cold crab on top of the mac and cheese outside of that this place was great! The restaurant was beautiful and the staff was very attentive. We will definitely be back to try the brunch and dinner menus. Thank you for a wonderful lunch!”

I reserved a month in advance for Valentine's day and all that was available was 8pm. Regardless of what was surely a long night for everyone we were treated like the first customers of the night. “This is clean food that is naturally sourced locally. I really enjoy when I can meet the people that involve themselves in the community of food. The menu is limited. These specials are not for a low pecial price, it is about a special meal. Flavor is the goal. Eating whole foods is the idea. I did not see anything that would have artificial ingredients. We had a steak that was marinated extremely well. Black eye peas and a mixture of local greens and vegetables that complemented each other. I look forward to seeing what they have next week.”

“I am a little suprised that the reviews are so good for this eatery. It is not bad by any means, but in an area with tons of fresh good seafood, it also is not the top of the list either. What this place does have is a good location. As part of our outdoor Farmer's Market in the area, it is a hot food option while visiting the market. I ordered the prawn basket and it was just ok. If I were to return again I think I would try the crab cakes. Just a so so place.”
