Lombardi's in Bellingham

Been going to Everett Lombardi location for years, enjoying great food and service. Came here for the first time and very happy with our experience. Enjoyed the same consistent food and service, keep it up Lombardi's!

This is the best restaurant in Bellingham hands down. My wife and I have eaten at a lot of fancy places and this one takes the cake. I had the Ahi Tuna which was cooked perfectly and my wife had the ribeye steak. She ordered it medium rare and it was cooked exactly as ordered. The server we had was very nice and we said we would stay a while and he didn't bother us to rush us out. if you need a night out and want some amazing food, just go here. You won't he disappointed.

Food was good. Prices were a little high and service was fair. I was put off by their policy of adding a service charge in addition to the tip. This is not common practice. If they feel they need to charge more, just raise the price, don't slip in an additional charge. They include a long explanation in the folder with the bill. Nobody wants to spend time reading about the inner workings of the restaurant industry when they go out to eat.

Torn between 4 and 5 stars. Only been once but everyone was friendly, attentive and the food was good. Best scallops I've had at a restaurant in a while!

My husband and I were visiting family and friends in Bellingham and decided to get together for lunch. We were a group of 10 plus a child. They easily accommodated us. The restaurant is still beautiful, just as it was when it was Giuseppe’s. The food and service however, were disappointing. My husband ordered the salad pictured here, which was delicious, but he requested the entree size and was brought a side salad. I ordered one of the special pasta dishes, fettuccine with bolognese sauce. Firstly, it was only lukewarm and secondly, very under seasoned. In other words, tasteless. My nephew ordered the same dish and he had the same experience. It was a general consensus from everyone at the table that the food was rather bland and not hot, except for one family member who was happy with her salmon and happy that she was able to get gluten free pasta.
Our server seemed like she was pretty inexperienced, so I can’t fault her for that, but she brought the checks for each party and then returned and retrieved the checks so that she could add a 20% gratuity. Except for being with family, it was a disappointing experience.
