McDonald's

I love MCDns, this location has needs improvement in costumer service. (Specially the evening team) I asked a simple question to on the drive through window: if the fries ???? were fresh they said yes then looked at each other as if I was asking a difficult question. My BigMac was cold when I got home, (5 mins commute.) Keep the patties warm. No ketchup was offered. I love MCDns, big fan but this visit made me feel that I could take my money to a different location that has better costumer service.

The staff at this location was marvelous. They were cheery and very helpful. When the cold tea dispenser wasnt working, they went out of their way to take my glass and fill it from the machine in the back. The atmosphere was that of a normal Mcdonalds. The food was typical of a Mcdonalds. Speaking as a Canadian trying to compare between Canadian and American Mcdonalds, the only differentiation is the amount of salt on the fries. I will be coming back to this location throughout the week however, and would be happy to recommend it to friends in the future.
