We went around 7pm and although the place was packed, we were seated within 10 minutes. The tables are small and super close together so it's kind of awkward to have a conversation with other people possibly overhearing. I got the tonkotsu ramen and it was pretty standard. Broth was smooth and flavorful, egg was done just right, noodles were good. Service was quick and friendly. In and out in about an hour.

not somewhere I would go regularly because it's a little pricy for me (~$25-30 for a full meal before tip) but the ramen and the sushi were delightful, the wait staff were kind and attentive, and the atmosphere was totally a vibe. dark lighting, if that's your thing. Would make a great place for a date night.

A gorgeous restaurant with exceptional food. Often busy, but for good reason

The food is AMAZING!!! The restaurant is small but so popular there is usually a line out the door. Highly recommend

I tried the garlic miso ramen, was good. They have decent Japanese food, I would say. Probably the most authentic in Bellingham (or the county). I didn't like the meat in our ramen though. It was mostly fat. My husband and I took a bite of it and it ended up tucked in our napkins. He got sick when we got home. It was literally a chunk of pure fat. If not for that, I would've given it a higher rating. He had the tonkotsu ramen..It's not that the food tasted bad or the meat had gone bad - it was just a huge chunk of fat. So, just avoid the meat in your ramen, or check if it's actually meat or not.
