Skylarks Hidden Cafe

A wonderful restaurant with a great atmosphere. Went here for breakfast and really enjoyed their traditional eggs Benedict and their lox bagel. The lox was delicious! Beautiful location and good food, wonderful service. A real treat.

I was looking for fish and chips in area and someone outside my parking area that the place right there had good fish and chips. I was moving and dressed in overalls but they said come in and I did thinking it was too nice for just some fish and chips. It was Great stuff and NOT the type one gets as fast food. Wonderful slaw but honestly the best was the tarter sauce. I know. Sound strange but this was best I've ever had and not the kind with pickles. Incredibly light and so good I'd eat it on anything. They treated me as if I was dressed appropriately and I plan to return now that I'm now moved even though it is a bit of a drive.

This place was absolutely phenomenal! My husband and I are traveling around the Washington coast and stumbled onto the Skylarks and decided to give it a shot.

When we walked in we were immediately greeted by a very friendly staff. The atmosphere, was quaint and beautifully decorated. My husband and I were quickly seated at a table of our choosing.

Our waitress, Alisa, was a complete sweetheart and very welcoming. After browsing the menu and hearing the soup choices, my husband and I decided to try the Lumberjack sandwich and the clam chowder.

During the meal, Alisa offered me a sample of the Jalapeno Cheese Soup. It was absolutely delicious!! It was so good that my husband and I decided to take a quart home with us! Our sandwich was also very filling and my husband and I had to take half of the sandwich home.

I wish we were staying in the area because we would definitely go back. Thank you for your kindness, Skylarks. ❤️

Mostly sandwiches and burgers. Standard looking salads with the usual dressings, nothing to write home about. If you're into bar ambience, this would be a great place to go. If you're into exquisite foods, not so much.
Our server was okay, like ordering delivery.
