Words cannot describe what an amazing time my best friend and I had here. We sat at the bar the bartender was AMAZING. Super friendly and patient with our questions. He recommend a spicy bitters that was delicious and made us our drinks a mojito and whiskey ginger. Later in the evening he checked in to make sure we had a safe ride home and even let me use a phone to call my fiancé to pick us up because my phone had died. The toast with goat cheese is to die for. The drink called I’ll come running to tie your shoe was impeccable. Oh and my friend left her phone in the restroom and they were so wonderful they let us pick it up before they were open the next day.
Love, love, love this place. Staff is great and always willing to answer questions or make a drink not on the menu. Prices are good, great Happy Hour. For such a small kitchen the food is great. The atmosphere here is so cozy and inviting. We lose track of time every time we go and end up having the best conversations. Our favorite bar in the area.
Great drinks and awesome environment. My favorite bar in Bellingham!
This is a great place to meet someone that you want to have a conversation with. Dim lighting, moderate noise, and small tables make it the perfect spot to meet for a drink and a small plate, or dessert! Since it's not just a bar, it's a good option for non-partakers in alcohol. Some neat non alcoholic options alongside a cultured, rotating wine list that never fails to please!
Cozy, intimate even, with a relaxed pace. I am not usually in the mood for cocktails, but when that mood strikes, a spot like this is perfect! (They also have draft craft beers and a curated wine list.) We sipped on ‘I Would Dai for You’ & ‘Night on the Sun’. Focused flavors executed with balance and subtle flair...and so pretty. As for food, the menu is not huge but full of delicious yummies. We had goat cheese toast, savory puff pastry pies, and brie grilled cheese with ham. Everything tasted so fresh and clean, as I’ve come to expect from the best places in town. Will definitely return to sample more of the intriguing cocktails.
