“Jack in the Box. My go to fast food whenever I visit! I ordered the double cheeseburger with curly fries. It was delicious as always and it was their special of the day. Love that it’s always fresh made and better than most fast food burgers. Also had their fish sandwich which was good. Not great but good. Nothing that really stood out. Their curly fries are always on point. I always debate in my head whether I like the loose ones or the ones that look like coil springs. The coils are “potatoey” and the others are more crispy. It’s a happy debate it in my head! Until I see you again JITB!”

“The clam chowder was really good. Food portions were good, but lacked overall flavor and seasoning. My son ordered the seafood platter, which he didn't finish because the cod didn't have much flavor. The feta burger overload that I ordered didn't have much flavor either and not much feta. I had to request some more on the side. I ate most of my food and my sons so it wouldn't go to waste for such a steep price. Service was good. I will be looking at other options in the area.”

“I was very impressed today with how the staff at the Meridian Lynden Dominos handled my issue. We had a family gathering today and I had ordered 7 pizzas on Thursday night to be picked up today at 11:30. I did call this morning once they opened and confirmed they saw my order in their system. However when I drove up to pick up the pizzas they were not ready. It seems that sometimes their system sometimes has a problem with pre-orders and doesn't charge the CC correctly and thus doesn't spit out the order to them to make it. Long story ... but I figured the back story would help. The gentleman who explained this told me they would make the 7 pizzas right then (he wrote down what I had ordered from my email confirmation) and would have them ready in 20 minutes. I saw all of the staff get to work and in 20 minutes they walked the pizzas out to my car. Best yet, he apologized and did not charge me for the pizzas. Sure enough I checked my CC this evening and nothing was charged by the website from my Thursday order. They saved lunch for 11 hungry kids and parents and turned me into a repeat customer. Thank you for the awesome attitude and service!”

“Bacon wrapped shrimp basted with a mole sauce was EXCELLENT and the menudo was ON POINT and plentiful! My only disappointment was getting too full on chips and salsa before we ate the main course. “Note: Google Maps lists two locations for this place (across street from each other). This location (south side) is wrong one. Good, Tasty, Healthy food, nice staff. Good seats. Nice decor. To quote from them: "We are an environmentally friendly, health-conscious kitchen, offering our guests food free of MSG, lard and other chemicals. Our fruits and veggies are bought locally, and all menu items are prepared fresh to order. Our To-Go boxes are recyclable and made of recycled materials." And I will add that I had no digestive problems with their chicken mole enchiladas, beans etc... Notable, rare for me not to be at least a little unhappy after most Mexican food. Being pretty tired I went for a virgin margarita, very tasty (NOT a nasty mix). Next time with Tequila. One note: Monday-Thursday they close at 8PM (when we went on Monday most of Lynden was closed tight at 7:30). She had to turn some folks away (as we were finishing) because the kitchen was shut down and explained to us that she used to be open later all week but it rarely worked well. I can tell she wasn't happy to have to disappoint people. ”

“First timer here, as a couple we tried the garden salad with apple cider vinaigrette????????, then shared nachos which were without meat and really delicious. We also ordered takeout, 2 types of pizza which had great taste and awesome crust! We loved the food here however the name threw me off a little, there's nothing made with coconut on the menu. “I have never left a review of a restaurant before but the food was so good i needed to! I had the tir tip with vegetables, mashed potatoes and my husband had the brisket with coleslaw and mashed potatoes. The barbecue was excellent, meat was juicy ,tender and delicious. The veg of broccoli was fresh and hot! Cornbread, scrumptious. Price for all the generous amount of food we got was great! Highly recommend!!!!!!!”
