“Thoroughly enjoyed the cheeseburger pizza. I live about 12 minutes away, and when I got home the pizza was still nice and warm. Something about the crust that I really liked, and when I reheated some of the pizza the next day for lunch, even the crust still taste very good. Definitely allow plenty of time when you place your order before heading over to pick it up. Mine was ready 20 minutes after ordering it at the counter, and that was on Day 1 of operations. They stay very busy.”

“I went for a fundraiser they were kind enough to open up their restaurant for a pancake breakfast to help the In Step studio of Dance raise money for their trip. Very generous of them to do it free of charge & donated drinks, their time & much more. “My husband read a review that claimed this restaurant had the best pizza in West Virginia. That's a pretty big claim, so we decided to take a two hour drive and test for ourselves. Very nice atmosphere inside, with outside seating available. We had a table that looked into the cooking area, so we could see them prepare the food. We ordered a calamari appetizer. The lemon pepper aioli was very good, and we had requested a side of marinara sauce as well, which was also good. However, the calamari was so greasy I could only try two pieces. The pizza came and I was happy I hadn't eaten any more of the appetizer. My pizza was excellent. The crust was some of the best crust I've ever had. I'm not sure if this is the best pizza in West Virginia, because I haven't tried it all yet! But this was definitely worth the trip.”

“The service was fine, though I had to wait 10 minutes while the one counter person helped two people in front of me. Are employees at Panera not cross trained? The food was very good, but the generously-sized dining room could use a good cleaning. I've been here for 30 minutes and I haven't seen a single employee mop the floor, vacuum or sweep the carpet, clean the bathroom, or wipe down obviously dirty tables and chairs. This particular Panera used to be a really nice place, but my past two visits here displayed a restaurant with a different culture. New management perhaps?”
